Bluemoon Fatness Thread

Fatness should not be celebrated. (Puts mr Kipling biscuit in mouth)

I try to eat healthily, Im 80kg and 5' 10"
I dont go to any gyms but I like swimming and walking.
Try to stay away from fried foods, every day I eat a bowl of fresh fruit (Berries, Mango and Banana) with Greek yogurt on top for lunch, done that for about 5 years now and it really is delicious.
Carbs are a curse for me, I like fresh bread and Pasta. Carbs are very fattening and raise your cholesterol level

I've been reading the other thread and find myself increasingly astounded by the lengths some of you go to to apparently keep in shape. It's bordering on the obsessive, which, as we know, is bad for you.

And then there's the posing. Why? No one needs to see pictures of muscles in a dodgy looking changing room taken by what looks like a day releaser. No one.

Food is there to be enjoyed, the same with alcohol. I like to ride my bike. Around 20 miles a week. I walk a bit as well. That will do me. It's called life and judging by what I have seen, and it can never be unseen, I appear to be the only one.

Unless there are others.

Are there?

About 5 miles a day with dogs and around the same at work. Eat anything i like but with a bit less salt and sugar. Fit as a fiddle 10.5 stone wet through.

I'm 6ft 4, weigh in at 100kg and eat a relatively healthy and varied diet

I gym 4 times per week 75 minutes a time, all fitness/cardio classes with some weights (30 minute spin class followed by a 45 minute class of phat burn, circuits or kettlebell)

If you saw me you'd think I was slim, but according to the NHS BMI calculator I'm very overweight and should be at least a stone lighter to be at the top of the range and two and a half to be right in the middle of my healthy weight
