fat ****..Each to their own but I can’t imagine being so fussy about what I eat and drink, and spending so much time in a gym or running etc. Some health freaks drop dead aged 40 and some people smoke and drink until they’re 95. Just do what you enjoy.

I've been reading the other thread and find myself increasingly astounded by the lengths some of you go to to apparently keep in shape. It's bordering on the obsessive, which, as we know, is bad for you.
And then there's the posing. Why? No one needs to see pictures of muscles in a dodgy looking changing room taken by what looks like a day releaser. No one.
Food is there to be enjoyed, the same with alcohol. I like to ride my bike. Around 20 miles a week. I walk a bit as well. That will do me. It's called life and judging by what I have seen, and it can never be unseen, I appear to be the only one.
Unless there are others.
