bluemoon locks up

can anyone explain why this site locks up 'freezes' when operating with internet explorer,its only ok with firefox for me, the freezing problem only ever happens on this site ?

I seem to get this problem occasionally, but only ever on IE7 on my laptop. Having searched around on Google seems like this is a fairly common problem if you're running Vista with only 1gb RAM (I have another machine with 2gb of RAM and have never experienced any problems). Vista itself needs almost 1GB to run in - trying to run a program like IE on top of that in only 1GB doesn't work well. I think it may be coincidence that it only ever seems to happen on this site. Do you spend more time on here than any other sites?

I get the lock ups frequently on IE (about 10 alone today) This happens only on this site(sorry Ric)
I am on a laptop running vista with 4gb of memory
Using safari now with no problems
