We've had five excellent, stand-out players this season:
Nastasić
Tévez
Zabaleta
Milner
Clichy

I've gone for Nastasić because he's been - for the most part being just 19 years old (recently turned 20) in his first season in the Prem - a fucking revelation. What a great player he already is, never mind what he will be.

Zaba will probably win, and I won't begrudge him that because he's been MINT and I love him, although he hasn't played well for a little while. Tévez has only really been at this top level since Christmas. Milner must work harder than anyone I've ever seen play for City but lacks that real top end quality. Clichy has had the odd bad game.

Zabaleta has been immense; however I went for Nastasic because he has been outstanding in his first season, in a new league and at such a young age as well.

What I find interesting is that the widely acknowledged "world class SPINE" of City's team... Hart, Kompany, Yaya and Sergio have ZERO votes!

I voted for Zaba. Impossible not to really. However, I would also have votes for Nastasic for Young Player of the Year, if asked.
