Bluemoon Rising

I tried watching it. Managed about 30 mins then called it a night. Nothing against the lads in the film or City for making it; just couldn't stomach watching Adebayour, Bellamy and Hugheselessfuckingtwat - in fact him in particular, obviously.

Why not? They were all big parts in getting to where the club is today.

Yeh Hughes was a huge part, if he hadn't been so appallingly incompetent we might not have sacked him in the middle of the season and Mancini might have gone elsewhere. Thanks for being absolutely pathetic Mark, we owe you one!

Brought us to a cup semi and some of our most important players in the squad now. Say what you want about his comments recently but he did alright when he was here.

he was a dour clueless twat !

If you take it for what it is, it is a decent watch showing the highs and lows of being a football follower. Would love to smack that smug red twat though."There is nothing they can do that we aint done" blah blah. Err yes - fook your treble were going for a clean sweep

He took us from 9th in the league with 55 points, spent 150 million and ended the season 10th with 50 points. He was 8th in the league when he got sacked after 8 draws.

He bought 2 good players who were scouted by Mike Rigg - Kompany and De Jong, and 1 no brainer - Barry. The rest of the players he bought were either astonishingly over priced and not good enough - Santa Cruz, Jo, Bridge, SWP, or clearly bell ends who don't fit in to a top quality squad - Bellamy, Adebayor.

Lescott is possibly the exeption, he's playing really well, although over priced. John Terry was his first choice though (FFS)

Hughes took us back 2 years, if we'd appointed Mancini straight after Sven we'd have been miles better off. We are where we are now in spite of Mark Hughes, not because of him!

I saw it, all good lads and a nice story what with the mascot and his dad at Maine Road but it made us look a bit soft towards the end......just my opinion.

If I'd gotten round to watching it at the time, I'm sure I would have thought it great. I also realise this is part of our journey but the point for me, even in such a short space of time, the City in that film is a million miles to the City we are now.

Bellamy, whilst giving his all for us was never (initially) wanted by the fans - trawl back and you'll see much wailing and gnashing of teeth at his signing. To be fair though, he did give us 100% but then lost it under Bob.

Adebayour, whilst memorable for THAT celebration, lived up to his billing (or even the warning we got from Arsenal fans about what a twat he is) by slating City - despite us STILL paying his wages.

And Hughes? Well that's been done to death.

I also assume Tevez gets time on there too. I can't look at the **** anymore after all the shenanigans and weasel words.

What got us to where we are today is Mancini fucking all three of those off and bringing in more quality players.

So, yeah in and of its time I suppose and like I say, no disrespect to the lads in it, but not something I wanna watch.
