If we had a more tactical brain as a number two instead of Gerry 'Im a big, hard ****' Taggart, Dickov may learn quicker.

As it is, we're stuck with two 'passionates' rather than two 'tacticians' if you get my drift.

Personally, I'd let him go and would love Dowie back, just can't see it!
