Although I still play 5-a-side it's the first time i've played 11-a-side since i quit 10 years ago, and would love to do it again.
Don't think it was a good idea of mine to play wth a cracked rib though!

How's the knee?

Alright today really, dead stiff and can tell its weak but I went down the Rugby club and had a scan, showed a small tear in the front and ill got and get a quarterzone injection in it tonight and then just carry on. Think i got away with it quite lightly really.

It was chasing you and fanzone danny around like a labrador chasing a baloon. Im not used to the quick change of direction. Can just lollop along usually.
