Had true grit myself so 3 in so far, forgot deer hunter doh! Will get pelters but thought withnail was good but is a bit overrated

Whithnail and I up there with the biggest load of pish ever.
Deer Hunter is a hard slog at the start and lotr boring.

Ha ha, I was just about to ask the same. 1969 John Wayne classic or 2010 remake?

lotr boring.

There are a few long-winded bits throughout the films, but overall, definitely not boring. Admittedly there's no car chases or guys wearing undies outside their tights. The cinematography and locations make them watchable alone.
