Blues fighting amongst themselves...

Just got back. If the argument was over the singing of "this is how it feels to be small" I would not be surprised. Hearing this be sung by Blues is like a kick in the bollocks after hearing the Rags taunt us with it over the years. Still a top trip just a shame about the football and that song.

Couldn't hear that song on TV but if it was being sung then the blues who were singing it need to take a fooking look at themselves. F.F.SAKE

Irony? Same with the "City going down with a billion in the bank" and "We're just a sh*t Man United". All sung at Spurs. Thought it was great myself.

One of my fondest memories, (and I say fond because looking back it was funny), is of 2 blokes rolling down the steps in the old Kippax after coming to blows over football, people stepping out of their way as they fought so! I was only about 13/14 so was shocked at the time as it was the first bloke fight i'd seen. Looking back it was nothing more than 2 pissed up loons falling out over nothing. What was funny though was that when they rolled into one of the blue steel posts that were dotted about, they would shuffle over and start fighting again, the daft cunts! The next home match they were best of buds like it had never happened, as i'm sure they would have been in the pub afterwards on the day they were fighting.

Hi all, I have been a lurker here for the past 5 years or so but having seen this thread decided to register and put my feelings across on the matter.

I was in Munich last night (arrived back this morning around 10.30 am) on the 9.15 am departure via Lufthansa.

I was pretty close to the blues in question fighting amongst themselves and it was embarrassing to say the least. As a fellow member has already pointed out it all kicked off over members from the newly formed fan group "THE BLUE ALLIANCE" chanting the commonly known rag song "this is how it feels to be city..." of course this was meant tongue in cheek.

At least 2/3 blues didn't take very kindly to this and they then proceeded to tell a few of the lads singing to "shut the fuck up singing "m***ich" songs. It then all kicked off.

Not very impressive from "THE BLUE ALLIANCE" especially seeing from what I can gather the whole point in their beliefs are to bring blues "together" to create a good atmosphere.

Oh, I get it now. So for Saturday at Blackburn we will be leading off with a few "Build a bonfires" then we will give it a bit of "Nobody knows our name" before finishing off with a rousing rendition of "Fuck off back to Stockport". Can't wait.

My mate was telling them to shut the fuck up. I could see them arguing but didn't know what about until I seen them on the train.
Got my full backing, pathetic songs and whoever was singing them needs to seriously sort their heads out.

There are ways and means of doing things. Unfortunately all your mate did was bring shame on our great club. It was rather stupid to sing "that" song although all they were doing was trying to create an atmosphere something which by the looks of things your mates weren't interested in doing. Stupid from both sides.

Hate us singing that song and cant see the irony when we are 2 down as we were last night when it was sung. Saw the Police around that entrance the song was coming from but didn't know it had kicked off.

Not sure if it was the "Blue Alliance" , but if they think singing to fellow fans to " sing or fuck off home " is going to unite our support there sadly mistaken . 5 or 6 young lads singing this to others who have been Home and Away for the last 30 years and who in all honesty would "eat them alive" wasnt a clever move ..............
