Blues fighting amongst themselves...

so sorry on the part of my ego driven fan club.

you may jest - this topic of discussion/argument for another time maybe as we are all still feeling the hurt (and the hangover) from Tuesday .................. but it might be worth while if you and your followers take note of some of the older heads comments regards singing badly adapted rag songs and stick to creating new innovative City songs which I understand you are quite good at.

Hang on.

I was only trying to deflect criticism away from the name of my, er I mean, the supporters club I'm part of. As someone else has said it's very easy to place the blame on us because we're vocal.

The topic of this thread is 'Blues fighting amongst themselves' - and the fact is that anyone that was involved in the arguing in the ground the other night were not paid members of the BA/CCB SC. Yeah, one of the lads kicking off is a good mate of mine, but whether you agree or not with that song being sung, should you be telling a fellow City fan to "fuck off, you 'Munich'" if you don't agree? Or maybe just not join in and hope it dies down?

But instead of joining in with the debate - you go off topic and claim that I'm some wanna be celebrity fan.

As i said in my post that discussion is for another time ....... so technically I didn't "go off topic".

Any City fan calling another City fan a "munich" is so wrong especially when we all pay a lot of money following City over land and sea.

The constructive advise/criticism was regarding the adaptation of rag songs which don't seem to go down well with a lot of blues (including myself) as they can be seen as cringe-worthy and create spats as seems to be the cause of this topic.

"You and your followers" strong points are that you are all very vocal and come up with some great new songs ..... (I have it in my head that you guys came up with the Balo song - please correct me if i'm wrong) which IMO is what you should focus your energies on...... but hey that's only my opinion.

The City fan who slashed the other blue in the face with a piece of glass in that Keller needs to hang his head in shame. WTF was going through his head?

Ruined the blokes evening to say the least

"This is how it feels to be City" and "City's going down with a billion in the bank" are utterly and completely cringeworthy. Any so-called fan singing these should have every bone in his body broken.

"We don't score at home
And we lose away
We lost last week
And we lost today
We don't give a fuck
Because we're all pissed up
MCFC OK!"

Typified our spirit for a long time...

The lad this happenned to (a member on here) was part of our group of 6.
I (and the Fat Hombre) were stood a yard away from this and it happenned really quickly.

I'd like to think it was an accident (as the lad who did it claimed) although at the time, it was hard to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Just before the incident there was a collective clinking of the Masse Steins. Perhaps a piece splintered off, I don't know.

Thankfully, the medical staff on the bridge were brilliant and managed to stem the blood with their dressings.
