Fucking yonners should support their local team. No wonder Latics are on the edge of going bump.
Ogden Road, thats where I live. Short stroll to the Millgate, nice in summer in the beer garden.We are all ex Failsworth , all Blues ! we lived at first on Frank St then moved over to Ogden Rd near St Mary’s, my Uncle Tommy lived on Westminster Rd , he’s since passed away , his Lad Tony also a Big Blue I think still lives in the area, our kid Sean now lives in Royton ,
As for City and utd fans, as I have said before its pretty much 50/50 however a lot of reds from moston come into Failsworth to watch the raggies in the pubs on Oldham Road.

Older.... dad still in NH, there now actually, just got his shopping from Morrisons.
We left Failsworth 19 years ago too.

Born in Newton Heath but brought up in Failsworth, went to Paddock Lane Primary and then Partington St / Brierley Ave School, Left school in 85 but even then they a good split of Blues and Reds probably about 50/50. Would imagine now it is more blue than Red.

Same here but left for Canada when I was about to enter the 5th year in 1978. Lived on Sommerset rd and Lord lane.

You followed in my footsteps four years behind me.
There’s two supporters clubs in Failsworth. It’s a proper blue area and there were only around three United fans in my class at school.

Exactly the same here but one year behind you, lived on Parkside Ave, off Newton Rd, went to Paddock Lane then upper & lower school with the prefab and the rosler block. Left in '86. Mum and sis still in Failsworth but I moved in '01. Still a season ticket holder though and brainwashed the boy.
