Anyone on here do it? I think I might be a bit old but fancy giving it a go again after about 10 years off! Went and watched an event a few months back and it suprised me the range of people racing on the day.

My lad goes to the bmx track at the velodrome. When he did the taster session I couldn't believe it was both kids and adults doing it. He really loves it. Think it's £6(£3 if your a Manchester tax payer) to ride the track and £3 to hire bike and helmet.

We used to love it as kids but on any level as an adult no mate. I will watch it if i see it on a sports chan though, better than seeing kona's with twelvty inches of suspension.
