Under normal circumstances I would be happy to lead the revolt due to my natural leadership qualities, however I believe our wonderful overlords deserve our complete obedience as they go about their difficult work in a wise and diligent manner.

We definitely need this along with a list of who are on warnings so we know who to wind up, this scatter gun approach is very time consuming - I floated this idea a couple of weeks back and LittleStan thought it would give the board a real sense of purpose which really captured what I am trying to achieve.
