bob out mart in?

I respect Martin O'Neil and wouldn't be unhappy with him as our manager, but right now we have one thats doing a pretty good job, all things considered, with clearly players that are having trouble playing the style that he would wish. That all being said, if our owner feels that would be the best move for the club, I would support that.

You do not want to win anything do you???

O'neill , good guy, average manager! Another Hughes!! What kind of big player can this man bring to City?
You know that you have great chance to get Maicon, Balottelli, Ibraimovic, Kaka, just because you have a well respected (internationally) manager!
If Mancini was there last year Kaka would have been a City player right now!!

De Niro you are a loser man!!!!

well dunnie would still be here for starters, kaka has been a total flop.

Your defense it is fine right now, Dunnie is not a big missing!
Kaka would be the player that will make the difference in Roberto's tactic!

But I am sure you consider Ireland better than Kaka!

This thread couldn't be more........

He's won the Scottish Pub League then bought Heskey to push for top 4. This man has Class and Pedigree written all over him. Must be in very small writing though cos I can't see it.

You only have to look at o neils signings, enough said. He has not spent well.

Care to expand on that comment.

Milner and Young would both fetch twice what he paid.Dunne and Collins were bargains.Petrov,Carew,Warnock and Friedel have also been very good signings.

could'nt have put it better myself. all those players would walk in to our team, perhaps the goalie would have a fight on his hands but only him.

Well Dunne and Collins wouldn't get in, and if Young were to play you'd have to drop Bellamy. Don't think Carew would be a first choice either.

i say lets get o'neill while we can, a proven prem manager.
jose might duck us and o'neill will by then be at the dippers.

let's go backwards from having a proven domestic trophy winner with a top class pedigree to a guy who's won the odd pretty meaningless cup competition as has the same mentality as our previous boss on going for mainly decent but not world class british players.

yeah let's go backwards.

Epic, epic fail...

Let's stick by our manager for ONCE in the last god knows how many years.

MON is over-rated in my opinion - Mourinho is a good manager with a high profile in world football but he can play dull football. Don't get me wrong I want our club to be successful but I also want us to play entertaining football

O'Neill comes in, quickly sorts a team out, get's them organised and playing a certain way. I seriously doubt he's good enough to make a major trophy winning team. He's like a top half of the table version of Sam Allardyce.
