It wasnt slowness in the market at all. It was Hazards agent and the club refusing to release money for RVP until someone was sold
Marwood gets stick for no reason. He is the reason Silva, Yaya, Sergio, Clichy, Nasri, Tevez, De Jong, Zabs etc are here yet one bad summer and everyone wets themselves
