I presume you meant to write 'you're not the brightest spark are you'.

As far as Robinho is concerned, I never claimed that he was a success.

Your second point about no top class player etc. etc.
You know this for a fact?

And the award for thickest cun* of the year goes to.....................

People who come out with the tired old ' I don't need to tell you' always seem to miss the point.
I'm more than happy for you to quote my last posting but not to have it altered with foul language.

If you want to use such language please post it under your own name not try to pass it off as someone else's quote.

About as mutually intelligible as English and German.

Diese ist korrekt.
I knew a Brazilian guy who had a Mexican girlfriend and he would speak to her in portugues and she would respond in spanish. They understood each other just fine, lol.

I don't really know much about Spanish and Portuguese. Just trying to be funny using a German phrase that means what it sounds like in English.

I think his agent probably meant tevez would end up retiring in brazil or argentina. I just can't see any team bidding for him Barcelona don't have the money nor do they have space for him in the first 11 and in real madrid mourinho prefers a target man reports in spain suggesting their gonna get Fernando Llorenthe also can't see owners splashing out excess of 50m given their recent spending. Teams in Argentina and Brazil would find it hard paying 10% of his wages

Do they? Tevez is a Spanish speaker and the Brazilians speak Portuguese.

I doubt he picked up Portuguese in the 18 months he was in Brazil if he can't speak English after being here 5 years.

As for a move to Brazil, I doubt very much there's the financial resources in the entire CBF to be able to afford the potential transfer fee we'd ask for Tevez- never mind one club.

Aren't Portuguese and Spanish virtually mutually intelligible?

Not exactly. Kind of similar but not as close as lets say Norwegian and Swedish.

I can speak Spanish, and I didn't have a fookin clue what anyone was saying when I went to Brazil.

I could read Portugese fine - some words are very similar, some not so much, but I could generally get the gist of it.

Trying to understand the Brazilians when they spoke to me was another matter altogether.

Its much easier in Portugal, as the Portugese they speak is much purer - in Brazil, its a very different language when its spoken - try listening to Robinho talking, then listen to fake Ronaldo - you'll get the picture.

It's a non-story. How can any manager be certain of any of his squad seeing out the full term of a contract, particularly with three years still to run? Just note which organisation is reporting this.

I agree it's like with adebayor all he says is Fabregas is a good player and would fit into madrid and suddenly he's urging him to quit arsenal for real madrid
