Bodo Away

Well a pint in scandinavia was around £8-£9 quite a few tears back, so it's more than possible that the price of a pint there has almost doubled now ...... you probably would get a ticket in the Bodo end but from what I can see they don't seem to have much trouble filling their little grounds 8,000 capacity.

I've met Norwegian United fans in town in the past , usually in the Mitre etc, and they've usually been chatty, friendly, and decent guys ...... I don't see why they would have reason to lie about Bodo.
Scandinavia has different beer prices, Norway being the most expensive due to taxes, wages, economics.

In a main gastropub in Bodo, they serve 20, 40 and 50 cl. For Nordland Pils (4.5%) it is 124 Krone for a 50 cl and for Carlsberg (4.7%) it is 132 Krone, so still under £10 (135 Krone), although you can pay a bit more for some drinks so it is better seeing the menu if they have one.

When pubs publish menus they trump hearsay :)

The weather is a bit grim over the next week at Bodo.
No doubt it will get worse leading up to the match.

Yes I was in Norway and Denmark last year. I paid around £8.50 -£9 in Oslo and Copenhagen although these were in Irish bars.
