Wtf is wrong with Pep?! Instead of playing Marmoush since the beginning over that blonde plank, he puts him in when we are down to ten men and losing 3-1? Ait-Nouri as a right back even though he never played there in his life. Lewis for 90 minutes after that United performance? Just concede this season, I can't watch this anymore.

He's nowhere near ready and dictating our play.

We have been shocking the last 2 games.

Others are terrible, Foden, Haaland, Reijnders.

Alleyne and Lewis out of their depth.

Marmoush and Ake to come in do not improve us.

All of a sudden the squad looks crap. Too many injuries but too many players kept hold of for too long and some terrible expensive acqusitions.

Fucking shambles.

That is so true, he had a chance to play the ball or block the cross. Also didn't sprint back as he should have. Cowardly.
 
Back to back woeful results
The buck stops with Pep now injuries or no injuries.
Our season could fall apart if performances and results don’t improve ASAP

Yep.

He can go for me. We are sleepwalking into mediocrity with him at the helm.

Same boring football for nigh on 3 seasons now.

He refuses to change his style. We no longer have an identity apart from slow sideways passing.

We hardly create any big big chances.

Dead ball situations are absolute turd.

Best striker in the world and he feeds off scraps.

And the persistence with Rico lewis should be a sacking offence alone.

What should have happened in the summer as spoken about at the time was the moving on of Stones and Ake to recruit other defenders who were ready to start....We also needed to recruit fullbacks - we didnt - we bought one fullback who looks like he cant or wont defend and is more interested in attacking.....both of these factors are now bitting us on the arse and the board and fans who thought that we didnt need this are now reaping what they sow.

Rodri was also spoken about....people went mad when it was suggested that he may not come back the same player or that at least (even when Pep said it) that it might take 12 months.....and look again what has happened....

Any team that starts with Reijnders and Lewis playing is automatically 2 men down due to the fact that one is not good enough in ANY aspect of the game with the ball at his feet (Lewis) and and the other one wont or doesnt get that he has to be defensive and aggressive....

we are getting what we deserve but not what Pep deserves

He's done, he can't turn this bunch round. We need a fresh start as it's got so stale now, boring shite football to watch. Gone at the end of the season and i wouldn't be surprised if there's a statement soon saying just that
 
A ridiculous statement but our some players downing tools because of the world cup in the summer?
 
Donnarumma - can’t be blamed for anything. Couple of saves
Ait-Nouri - played out of position. Not too bad first half, not in it 2nd half
Nico - did his best. Our best player on the night
Alleyne - mistakes lead to goals. Confidence shot to pieces second half
Khusanov - shaky game. Absolutely no confidence to pass the ball forward.
Lewis - poor game. No strength, no pace but did carry on running.
Rodri - still a few yards off the pace and a ridiculous sending off from our captain for the night
Reijnders - a plodder. Doesn’t bust a gut to get back when we’re defending
Foden - really poor game. Confidence has gone. Gave ball away repeatedly. No longer takes the ball on the 1/2 turn. Poor strength and looks a shadow of former self. Needs taking out of first team to clear his head.
Haaland - Poor finishing. Looks fed up with teammates. If he’s supposed to lead the press, he’s not doing it anywhere near aggressive enough.
Cherki - apart from goal didn’t do a great deal. Needs to really step up.
Marmoush - didn’t have time to impact anything.
Pep - another game where we question his team selection. Substitutions should have been made earlier. Insists on our sideways, backwards, pass, pass, pass even when it’s quite obviously not working. Appreciate we’re struggling injury wise but we really need to see some massive improvement.
Come on blues, still a lot to play for but we need to get out of this slump pronto.

It's like every team we play against has this invisible shield just in front of their defence that only city players can see, they are terrified to try and play the ball through it. Instead, even if there are three attacking players pointing to where the ball should go through it, our defenders or midfielders simply don't want to try it, instead preferring to put their foot on the ball, then turn around and give it to someone els in the hope that they maybe able to penetrate that invisible wall.
