We forget how generational that team actually was. No comparison to most of the guys we have now
 
Look at all the cash we've seemingly spunked up the wall these last few seasons

Grealish, Phillip's, Savinho for sure

Jury out on loads- Doku, Nunes, N.Gonzalez, Reijnders, Khusanov, Marmoush

Probably some more I've missed but it's not a particularly rosy look

Thats all well and good. But pep needs to pick the team suitable to the players he had available. Hanging out young cbs to slaughter does notjing but destroy their confidence and dosnt work at all. Recognise that they need help, drop them deeper, give them more protection in front, play more direct to ease pressure. Make the pitch bigger rather than condensed into one half. We started the season more direct and i think pep was asked if this we would see more of? his answer? We dont want to play that way! Sowmtimes yiu fukin need to!

How can you include Grealish with Phillips and Savinho?

I'd take Grealish back in a second. Nunes is probably our best player this season as well.

Yup. I think he can bring more to the team at present. Further, Haaland will know he's not first on the team sheet anymore which could benefit his performances going forward. Sorry my spelling is shit. Thats because Ive always had a secretary. Lol.

Defend deeper
More space
Many games won this season that way v United, Liverpool , Dortmund
