Bojinov- no disrespect, but. . .

Looked a cut above in the pre-seaosn friendlies in the summer (Stockport and AC Milan). Alright that isn't much to go off but I like this guy. He looks to have class and a real arrogance about him

one thing he'll give which we don't have is that he'll smash the ball towards goal from anywhere near the 18 year line.

we don't take anywhere near enough pot shots. some will go in from rebound/ deflection, and the odd one will make goal of the month.

I think it'll depend purely on his fitness. If he gets 100% fit I think he'll be our star player. If not he'll disappear without trace.

Great with both feet, good in the air, strong, quick both across the ground & mentally, can beat a man, scores goals & has attitude. Exactly what we want IF he gets fit. Can't imagine he'll be 100% 'til next season though. This one will be at best a warm up for him.

No, we tend to pussy foot about, looking for that perfect last past.
We have been woeful with our shots at goal lately too.
He's a big lad too, has a bit of Caciedo-ness about him in that regard.

I'm constantly reading about how good things will be when Petrov, Boj and Johnson return from injury.

I personally have never seen Bojinov play before. How good is he really ??

And can we expect to see his best (whatever that may be) for a while ?

i'd bet both my knackers that he's better than..

evans, benjani, jo, vassell and benjani !

Bojinov only seems to score pre-season, he clearly only likes playing in the summer. But seriously, the loyalty the club showed to Paul Lake was justified because of the service he gave before getting injured, but with Boj he hasn't really given any service at all... we're just a recuperation centre. I bet as soon as he's fit he pisses off somewhere else - mark my words!

He showed great promise and attitude when he came on at West Ham the week before the fateful derby.

Let's give the lad a chance eh?

that game was so surreal everyone chanting "what the fuck is going on"

What? Are you saying the loyalty shown to Boj isn't justified?

A good guy from man cityfans .net just watched the reserves play Wrexham City were 4-0 up when he left Boj had 1/2 a game and scored a pen .

He ain't fast but he's powerful and has a fuckin bullet of a shot. Went to county preseason and the movement he showed for his header was class, so was the header, awesome.
