I got told yesterday there were no lower tier left so had to buy upper!!

Absolutely clueless at City!
Just phoned up, said to the lad I wanted a Bolton away ticket, he said "nah mate, sold out" told him it wasnt and that people had purchased them 20 minutes ago, he said "nah mate, defo sold out" again I told him it wasnt, told him to check, he says "yeah ive checked, sold out" finally tell him he's talking nonsense and to put me through to someone who can be bothered to check, and he put me on hold, comes back on and says "yeah sorry your right my mistake"
Lazy bastards, as someone who is currently looking to change employment in admin, has decent experience in admin, and customer service, and is actually a City fan, wouldnt it make more sense to try and seek people like me to deal with this fairly simple job that they manage to mess up so easily? The club could be missing out on valuable sales due to people like this who couldn't give a toss. I felt like I had to battle the lad to get a ticket off him.

I'm going to Bolton, Its my 7 yrs olds first away day! Spuds just too expensive for all 3 of us to go though!

Things like this really annoy me, it's a shame that you can't take your family to an away day just because spurs is so expensive. I can see how tough it is on families..i'm a 19 year old single lass, so i'm going to spurs..but seriously such a rip off..everyone should have access to the aways...they need to think about average supporters more..i dont care if it's london or not!
