God, that was a nightmare.
The penalty award was off because I didn't see anything or hear anything, I just saw our players starting to jump up and down while the ball was in play.
In his autobiography he goes on about that pen and he says he had a gut feeling something like that was going to happen to him all day.
Well he shouldn't have taken the penalty then, if his head wasn't right. That's 3/4 of the battle with pens.

Like it, he had a gut feeling!
I remember we had a corner about five minutes before the end and he ran over to take it. He was fucking knackered. Honestly, I have never seen a footballer look so bad. It was clear to anyone in the North Stand that he would miss the penalty. Twat.

i remember that game against boro (the fowler penalty one) the had the brazilian soccer school's n little activity thing all round the ground might be good for the atmosphere especially if we have a good result over spurs

Last league win at Spurs was about 4 yrs ago 2-0 I think. Sibs and Barton. I think!!
