Why do people feel the need to be a devil's advocate about stuff like this ?
1, No one expects him to fuck off, I would suggest the poster just meant fuck off from City and go find another club, but since you mention pay cuts, then yes footballers should receive pay cuts and accept them, if they don't deliver the goods or as they hit 33yo they shouldn't expect the next contract to be at the same rate as a one in their prime
2, it is a City fan site, fairness about a shit player robbing the club of wages his hardly likely to be top of the agenda, well apart from weird ****s that like to play devil's advocate of course.
edit, if I was asked to take a pay drop from 150k a week to 100k a week, I wouldn't know how I would cope with the fucking stress of it all tbh.

Doubt there is a squad place for him for either Prem or CL meaning he will be restricted only to the cups and one assumes only in the early stages. IMO he will pick up his wages and contribute very little.
