Booing

It is ironic because you only have to look back a few weeks to their performance against the rags at Old Trafford where they adopted exactly the same tactics as us- to play for a draw.

The only difference is that we got it and they didn't.

I wonder what the shots at goal/on target stats were for that night. ??

sure someones got em.

ahh....... 11 shots 4 on target..

oh well rather try and get nowt eh ?? doh.

Music to my ears. They thought they would ease past us & put us in our place. Not forgetting the irony of Arsenal fans singing boring boring City after all those George Graham years!

The Arse players are one of those squads who think that setting foot on the pitch is sufficient for the points. They will put in a performance alright but don't like yer tusslin' for the ball and talent turns to nastiness. They will resort to the rough house if goals can't be scored legitimately. Wilshere, Fabregas are two who like to bully folk but can't take it up the rectum when you are determined not to be bullied.

Am I the only person that would of like to of seen us show ambition to try and win the game last night.

Yes defending is part of the game, but on another night they would of put 2 or 3 three past us.

Set of hypcritical bastards. Rolled over at the swamp and offered fuck all. Set of whinging fuckers, just like their manager.
Get over it and move on and have a pint of lager top.

TV said tonight that Arsenal fans were booing us. I'm not convinced. After all, for all of the home team's chances and their possession they couldn't break us down, couldn't score and therefore didn't win.

Whenever booing is heard at our place it's always us: disgruntled fans, City boo boys etc. I have never read that we've been booing the opposition, even if we have been or the referee etc.

Whenever booing is heard at The Swamp it's glossed over, never happened and a media blackout is swiftly put into place.

I've no doubt that it was definately aimed at us. They were chanting "boring, boring City" in conjunction with the boos.

We moaned about Everton's display and have moaned about other teams who just come to the CoMS either for a draw or just for damage limitation; we can't have it both ways! I moaned all last season about Mourinho being anti-football, a d we were that last night!

Yet it was a good point!

No it isn't take your rose tinted glasses off, as well as defending brilliantly last night, we had all the season's luck in one match.

Both West Brom & Newcastle have gone to Arsenal attacked them and come away with 3 points, we sat back and was lucky.

BORING BORING CITY.

Yeah, how is it down there in third?

They were singing this. Quite funny as when they 1st started getting good they were picking up alot of 1-0 wins through a solid defence hence the chant 1-0 to the Arsenal

Don't know if anyone else noticed, but it sounded to me like they boo'd every time we hoofed it clear up field. Like you're not allowed to do that against them.
