I ordered this book as a treat for the kid. Stupidly I thought the personalisation would be a nice touch from me and his mum and a book he can look back on in years to come with happy memories.

Book arrived and what a lovely book it is (to be fair it's good quality)
So the personalisation is literally a piece of paper stuck into the front. What an absolute joke - £10 for this and it's a fkin' print out I could do at home - I thought it would be printed into the book, you know - properly like when you get one done with family photos online.
I'm furious - there's no way that the sales and marketing material says this is what you'll get - it's really upset me. It's not even bloody well stuck in properly!
