Bookies Odds for Prem

Chelsea we're fav last season too and look how that ended Us the double they NOTHING

You don't read too much into odds until after Christmas and even then we always see twist and turns in most seasons.

If we keep our best side together for much of the season and our players really want another title this season we will be hard to stop.

It's stating the obvious but its times like these to state the obvious.

Manure will accrue more points than last season and may Spurs and Arsenal with Liverpool most likely accruing less.

Who they take the points off will be important and if its us and Chelski in equal amounts we may win by a larger margain than last season.

of the top 6 clubs , we probably suffered more injuries to key players than anyone else ,our squad was stilll good enough to win it , and this has given me the confidence to empty my betfair account and lob it on 9/4 at bet 365 , i dont usually go for long term investments , but the money will be handy to pay for my carribean cruise next summer . There again , if it goes tits up , i will have to convince the dragon that hull to rotterdam can be quite appealing

why didn't you use betfair ? They're giving 23/10.

we were 2/1 on betfair on friday , typical , that defeat at dundee has cost me :)

if I was going to make a season bet (which I think are piss-poor value at this stage of the season & at these odds) I'd make it a double with Tyson Fury to put Chisora on his arse by the 12th round.

We are not favourites because of the YaYa uncertainty. Simple as that. If he turned round and said he's staying we would probably be marginal favourites.
I'm happy where we are thanks.

Yaya issue and they have made some good signings.
I think they are on the fence with us a bit regarding injuries also. If Vinny and Kun were not showing repeat injuries that would help our odds.

Yup. I certainly wouldn't make us favourites for all the reasons you state. Indeed if our rivals sign the players they're currently strongly linked with - Vidal and Hummels to the rags, Khadeira to the Arse - in addition to those they've already got (Costa, Fabregas, Herrera, Shaw, Lallana, Sanchez), then I wouldn't rate any club more likely to win the title than the other. Mangala and Fernando will strengthen us, but not significantly given the way MdM and Garcia played in the second half of last season, whereas players like Khadeira, Fabregas and Vidal are real top drawer attractions, who address huge long term deficiencies in the teams they're joining.

I genuinely couldn't call who will finish where out of City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and the Bastards, but top 4 this season is more important than ever. If we were to miss out, I would not put anything past UEFA in terms of rule changes/format revamping etc, to hamper us from re-qualifying next year. We will certainly need to sort out our fitness issues to achieve this, and particularly given the start we've been handed

Everything works so well for us. Next season the media will start "hunting" again: Will Chelsea finally win anything? Can Liverpool replace Suarez and do the new signings have an impact? Can United finish Top 4? What about Arsenal?

There will be sooo much bla bla, and only around one top team there will be silence: around us. And I will love it.
