To his detriment he's probably swerved preferential treatment. I know of two people in induced coma at this present time. That may well be what he staring at right now.

See the funny thing about this is, as much as folk love to have a go at boris, from both sides of the fence, if he succumbs to this then who the fuck is going to run the country, as im yet to see anyone else that could step up to the plate in his absence
