Boro sack Woodgate

The media, rightly for once, moan about the lack of black managers getting an opportunity, it is because dinosaurs like Colin keep getting hired by frightened white Chairman.
Woodgate you would think would never get another gig but hell if Colin can...……….
To be fair, Colin has some record in the lower leagues.

bollocks and offensive at that, promoted 8 times and kept Rotherham up, very few more qualified given the scenario.

guy with proven track record gets job shocker.
So successful clubs can’t wait to get rid...

at what Middlesbrough need him to do, he has proven to be one of the best at it, so why wouldn't they appoint him?

He is the offensive one, an objectionable footballing dinosaur who thinks kicking quality players is the way football is still played. I accept he was hired simply to keep them in the division but he has no place in modern football. The media will lap the appointment up and be racing for interviews and the same old shit will just carry on.

Watching Woodgate regularly on our BBC Look North programme (NE & Cumbria) has been excruciatingly hilarious. He is so downbeat it's untrue. If that's his normal persona it's hardly surprising the Smoggies have been struggling. He's the complete opposite of Mr Motivator. Pity he's been sacked though, as I looked forward to a bit of a laugh when he's been on telly.
