The minutes silence is generally pretty well observed on the match closest to Remembrance day so we can do it again here. Not a fan of the national anthem idea - they've asked for silence so let's do silence. It we have half the stadium singing and the other half telling them to shut up it'll be a dog's breakfast. We can always sing the national anthem when the game gets going (if people can stop going on about Pablo Zabaleta - he left 5 years ago).

Gutting, I’ve been training for the London marathon on the QT and won’t know conclusively until Friday but think it’s a 6/8 week lay off which puts me back on the training itinerary, by a good margin, staying positive though…

And yeah, if I hadn’t of clocked the coors light it was like looking at the picture of Dorian gray, uncanny!

The German fans should be supportive of the Windsor’s, or Saxe-Coburg & Gotha as they were called before changing their name to Windsor to make them sound less German / more English, because they’re well aware that we’re ruled by a German & Greek conglomerate.
