It will be more than likely another 60 plus game season, plus the World Cup inbetween it, Alvarez & Gomez will play their fair share as will most of the 1st team squad.

tbf, I regularly get baffled by his selections but I recognise that’s because I just don’t understand the game, the players fitness for the task or the way he needs to set up a team to overcome the challenge of each team it faces like he does.
