Doubt it. Arguably we can afford to lose to West Ham more than we can afford to lose tonightI have a feeling that he will play a "weakened" team in this - Torres, Walker, Mendy, Aguero, Laporte etc and prioritise the West Ham game.

I don’t see any logic in fielding a weakened team in a first leg of a champions league tie.I have a feeling that he will play a "weakened" team in this - Torres, Walker, Mendy, Aguero, Laporte etc and prioritise the West Ham game.
Makes a mockery of the tournament when one (or both) games could be on neutral grounds, yet ‘away’ goals are still a thing. Would be a shit way for anyone to go out.Even if I like clean sheets as well,
with the away goal rule in place we should definitely score goals away and more importantly keep the clean sheet at home in the 2nd leg,
to be on the safe side.
Hope not. If City win the domestic treble and fail to make at least the final of the CL then Pep and especially the owners will consider this season a disappointment after all the promise of the last two months.I have a feeling that he will play a "weakened" team in this - Torres, Walker, Mendy, Aguero, Laporte etc and prioritise the West Ham game.

Surely you've got that the wrong way around. We've got a 10 point cushion and plenty of opportunities to rectify any dropped points in the league, we get beat tonight and we could be finished. Not saying any or all of those players won't feature but I strongly suspect Peps mindset will be this and the return leg is the priority these next few weeks.I have a feeling that he will play a "weakened" team in this - Torres, Walker, Mendy, Aguero, Laporte etc and prioritise the West Ham game.

That's what Tiger Woods thought...If we play like we have been doing recently then barring any bad luck we should see these off over 2 legs.

CL is what the owners want above all, why they've put a fortune into MCFC. So, yes, after seeing City win four F.A. Cups and five league titles i'd give up the domestic trophies to get the CL this year. And though Pep would never say so, I reckon he would too.You can't believe that can you?
Not winning every trophy would be a disappointment LOL
I have never seen such absolute rubbish. Nobody, not even our owners, would be unhappy if we win the League & Cup double let alone the treble. Anything more would be an absolute bonus. Some folk are simply too greedy.Hope not.
