I tried to ask them and they said I had to be there with my passport :( If I don't receive it I'll be the tall one standing outside the gate asking for a ticket!

The problem with collection in person in Monchengladbach is that many are staying in Düsseldorf etc. It's a bit different in Madrid or Munich. There's not a perfect system.
