I remember watching a thing about America. Basically they have the same rules for tap water as they do for bottled water. The difference is that for tap water, they actually have the staff to enforce it, whereas for bottled water, no-one actually checks.FDA...

Personally, I buy mineral water once to get a nice glass bottle, then fill that up from the tap and keep it in the fridge from then. Although I recently moved house and had to buy it again, and noticed that most of even the premium brands have switched to plastic. Might have to get some bottles from Ikea next time.

I wouldn’t say it’s shite. We’ve got high quality water in the North West.Not a water drinker but the chlorinated smell that comes off the tap water is enough to put me off. Yes it's safe to drink but the water in the north west is shite compared to say Yorkshire.
The people of Flint, MI wholeheartedly agree with this statement.Tap water isn't drinkable everywhere though...
