Diabolical first half.

Much, much better 2nd.

O’Reilly and Grealish both stepped up when it was desperately needed.

Loved Marmoush’s goal. Proper instinctive after great movement.

So much better in the second half, controlled the game really well. O'Reilly made a huge difference and should be starting the next game. Thought Grealish gave us more control when he came on too.

Just need Jack to shoot for once, he could and should have had a couple of goals

Really good second half with some great effort shown - we had loads of chances and mostly defended well. Managed to pass through their press effectively as well. O'Reilly has clearly demonstrated he should have had more minutes this season.

Love that we had some needle with them as well, the fouling twats.

If Pep wasn't forced onto the first two substitutions, it may have been a different story.
We played well and improved as the match went on but Bournemouth were putrid in that second half.
Interesting to see what team is selected for our next 2 matches.

I thought that was an exceptionally good second half. Away from home against a pretty decent side, losing 1-0, the chips are down, a trophyless season staring you in the face and a missed penalty giving "not our day" vibes.

But then we turned it around, with senior players putting in a shift and O'Reilly/Grealish on top of their game.

Also of note is that once we equalised we never looked like not going on to win.

Tale of 2 half's, 1st 45 mins no desire and urgency, utter shite performance. Second half the introduction of Nico had a big impact on the game we had a lot more intensity and energy and fully deserved to win.
