Bournemouth (A) - FA Cup | Post Match Thread

And who gives foul thrown ins, these days?

I'm fascinated by foul throws. About half of throw-ins look like foul throws from my perspective, they're never given, and they should never be happening from a professional player. And then every 1/100 is given, seemingly with no rationale or reason why the ref has chosen that one to pull up. And occasionally you'll have a crowd fuming about them. Just this little pocket of legitimately bat shit insane thing in football that no one really talks about.

The player pulled bk a player who had gone past him on the attack by any metric thats a yellow surely?
Only if reckless - "when a player acts with disregard to the danger to, or consequences for, an opponent and must be cautioned" (if advantage played)

Well, that was a good win. They were quality. I thought Semenyo started well and was giving Mattheus fits. But then he faded. Haven't read all the posts and I'm sure its been said already but i'll say my piece: I'm not sure why he insists on starting Gundogan and Bernardo. KDB as well. And probably Foden. But, honestly I would have to say Gundo and KDB played their best game. Nico O'Reilly coming on changed the game. We are so much faster when he and Marmoush are on the pitch.

Let's enjoy for the night/day and stomp Leicester on Wednesday. We're still in it for hardware.

Thank fuck for that.

Miserable bastards like you aren't needed when thecteam needs support.

What a fucking attitude !! .
lol, I’m a bit wary of giving such an esteemed and highly thought of poster as yourself any guidance, but I think you’ve misinterpreted that post. Esp if you re-read the last sentence.

I didn't think the ITV commentary was that bad (compared to alternatives) - but they didn't pick up on why Pep was so annoyed by Atwell's decisions that he got a yellow card - (for ironic applause?)

Can I just say, the tickets that the doncaster branch get is not the best seats, infact to the couple of games I have gone to, the seats was shit

I was musing to myself whether Haaland should let someone else take the penalties.
He has missed 3 out of 7 this season (according to today's commentator )
I know he likes to score goals and it is a boost to his confidence but he's not the greatest penalty taker.
Having said that, I don't know have we any better penalty takers.
we aint had a good penalty taker since Franny Lee, even Aguero wasn't good
