Gundogan, Kovacic, and Bernardo together may give us plenty of calm possession, but it’s pedestrian paced and largely lateral. Bournemouth looked hungrier from the opening minutes and found us easy to contain.

Unfortunately I can’t argue with any of that. We’ve got to try and hang on within 5 points of the dippers by about Xmas then we have a chance. If we don’t win it at least we’ll get rid of some of the shit fans we’ve inherited
