Good performance and result. We had the game put to bed early and it allowed us to then rest some key players.

There was a bit of a drop off in concentration & quality towards the end but the game was wrapped up before then so it didn't matter too much.

I only saw Phillips play during England's matches. I always thought his tackles were overly aggressive and close to getting a certain yellow card if not worse.

Made it look so easy ..but that ball control under pressure was incredible.

Yes pretty dire, he could easily have been sent off for two bookings.

Philips got booked for his first mistimed tackle, as only City players tend to do. And Solanke the big Wankee play acting to get him sent off was disgraceful, clearly no contact so VAR should card him for cheating.

It looked similar to the one against Forest as he leaned back.
I think fortunately there was only a shot on and he didn’t get caught between two minds like last week.

Against Forest you could see him wait and wait because the pass was on but his feet lost communications with his brain.
Between the keeper, the shot or the pass, he lost it.

This time around it was just watch the keeper, choose a side.
