How Pep picks his team may very well depend on how the results go for or against us over the weekend. If the results go right for us then with a bit of luck we can go 2nd behind Chelsea. So I can fore see some changes to the team. What they will be only Pep knows. I wouldn't be surprised if Vinny doesn't play till the game against Monaco, however he does need a run out. Therefore this game against Bournemouth would be the ideal game to let him play as they do like to play football and they won't try to be kicking lumps out of our players.

What makes me happy is that I know we have the type of manager with the balls to play teams like this. :)

Not sure about that - by the time we play Bournemouth he'll only have played 145 minutes in the last three weeks!
It's what people say when they don't have a legitimate reason but are trying to force their personal favs into the line up.

That lineup of his is what I call the Dihno problem. Can't drop Yaya, Silva or DeBryune coz they are all playing well. Yet wants his Fav Dihno back in so much.... What's a man to do?: "So and so needs a rest" to the rescue.

Hardly think Dhino was a success, misplaced and badly weighted balls. Certainly, going forward, Zab looked far better and more comfortable .

Willy
Sagna Kompany Otamendi Kolarov
Toure
Silva De Bruyne
Sterling Aguero Jesus

Bravo, Sane, Dinho, Stones etc. To come in for the huddersfield game. If they play well, they start v monaco. Pep is picking the team based on form at the mo lets hope it continues

I think Dingo wilkbe given another few chances as he is capable, his issues were uncharacteristic of him. Plus, loads of other players have had multiple opportunities so I see the same for Dinho as Pep knows he's capable.

Again, he sucked from rust. His movements, anticipation, rotation into the middle and overlap were all very good. The misplaced passes will disappear with getting back into things I believe.

Wouldn't Sane start over Sterling in that case then? Or even Aguero wouldn't start at all and he'd get the Huddersfield game instead?
