Pep has handled this brilliantly by reminding the players injuries are common and to get on with it if they can or we have some kids who are more than happy to step up.

It will be a tough game and I feel the first goal is critical. We aren't going to have much on the bench creativity wise but get the first goal and it should open things up for Haaland.

If these rumours about Savinho, Doku, Walker & KDB are all true and they are in the matchday squad it seems odd to have withdrawn the three top EDS lads from last night's game. No room for them all & I'm thinking if the hobbled seniors do travel it will be as spectators.

Me too. You just expect it every game, and it's a sigh of relief when it happens and is out of the way.

And no I hate us conceding, but it's just inevitable at the moment with that particular move.

The academy lads won 5 -0 last night.

We have talent and strength at all levels and when the lads step up to the first team they know how to play the system.

We've enough to win if we impose our game on them but it could be edgy and close at times !!

Bournemouth are a good team. I’d assume full strength that they’d sit back against us. Maybe with injuries, they’ll come at us a bit more leaving more space for the freak up top to work his beautiful magic.

Phil gave him loads of chances last week for a 2.2 xG, his highest ever this season (even above Ispwich and West Ham.

Can you imagine Eddie in midfield !! We always wanted to see him take a penalty, and he did and scored. We have always been told he is a good outfield player , I don't think Pep is that mad, but what a laugh it would be !!!!!
