Yes but not in midfield. I don’t think Carson is a bad shout, Ortega is out of form plus Eddy may be injured. If it goes to pens I’d rather have Carson than Eddy.

I kind of like what your saying but this is the last bit of Silver we can win this season and what signs has Pep given that he will trust a team of youth. Maybe Walker Jones Mannering and Pike will give us a last houraahhhhh :-)

I never have or will call him such or similar names. Just pointing out he is well remunerated and in the current insane financial environment probably deserves his salary and bonuses. In closing as I said it is not my job to motivate the team it's his. I have nothing further to add the garden then pub beckons.

Best team available. We’ve not come this far to not give it everything, and it’s the only thing we have a chance of winning, although at this point a Top 4/5 CL qualification position will feel like silverware this year!

What we need to do is score more from the chances we create, Haaland has to want it enough and not coast or hide,
Passing the ball around the park and keeping it is all good and well if you are 2.0 up, But I do feel for Haaland ?
after his 10th run and breaking the lines, he still doesn't get the ball,

We have to start looking for Haaland and Marmoush, Get them on the ball and have a pop at goal, even going long and playing 2nd ball should be an option, When you are struggling, revert back to normal football of getting into their final 3rd by the keeper kicking it long.

A Very hard game and it will need fight and desire from everybody for the whole game, if we lose you can say we gave it our best and the better team won,

This. Controlled football with purpose and intent. The exact formula that has won us so much over the past few years.
If this becomes a high-energy, basketball- type match, then chances are we‘ll get pumped.

Like everything else in life, You are only the best until the rest catch you up and take over, Other clubs have worked us out and found a system that we struggle with, Now we have to reform and find a system and players to beat them,

High energy and pressing is a dangerous system in football, I think you will only last 20 minutes in games playing that way, the Pep system works but needs young and hungry players all believing in Pep, This season some players have turned off or just finished,

its all come at the same time this season ? injuries, Burnout, Age, But it's been coming after the amazing run of 9 years and the incredible 4 seasons in a row, Yes we know major mistakes happened in the summer and the gamble did not pay off, But the truth is nothing can last forever and something was going to blow up, thats football.
