Is King fit? He gave us a tough game at their place. The one player who has managed to use his pace and power. We didnt play particularly well that day mind.

Eddie Howe has mentioned post Liverpool he doesnt want to change style but play the style better. Which means he will park the bus and play on the counter and change his style! We have been playing well again and should be a different proposition to them. Liverpool had so many chances and after Chelsea tonight as well, despite the changes they will struggle to concentrate and keep us out for 90 mins if we play to our ability.

Need those rested players to be back and at full pace. I can see United struggling against Leicester after tonights result.

If we can get the right result against Bournemouth , then the pressure is back on the Rags , we will be 14 points clear again and Leicester will have a fresh team after resting seven players for the league cup game , the Rags have been fortunate recently when getting an early goal and riding their luck holding on for dear life at West Brom sums up how good they really are.

Agreed but I've never seen Leicester give that lot a decent game in years.

I think all PL teams end up playing 18 opponents then start on the reverse fixtures before the 19th and last opponents game,if I remember correctly it’s happened most if not all seasons, the 19th fixture is usual the quickest return as in we play Newcastle again in about a month.

Bournemouth played Sunday and Wednesday and played 4 players for the full 180 minutes ( all defenders ) and three players played over 90 minutes in total on top of that.

Defoe , King and Arter and Daniels are casualties as a consequence and the early detail is none of them of them will be available for the City game ( Maybe Daniels will come up but won't be near 100 per cent ).

They are very low on numbers and will have kids on the bench.

We couldn't be playing them at a better time as they would have been buoyed by the late equaliser only to give up the lead immediately afterwards in injury time.

They threw the kitchen sink at Stanford Bridge especially in the second half and will be shattered.

Their moral would be at a very low ebb not having won in 7 games now.

Don’t think it’s in Howes dna to park a bus to be honest
Even if he does it probably won't work because their players are not used to setting up to defend. All that does is relinquish any chance they have of scoring and they'll probably concede anyway so they may as well just go for it. Either way I think we'll win comfortably, especially considering virtually the whole starting eleven had the week off.

They have suffered badly with major injuries to 4 players in their past two games and 4 players have played the full 180 minutes and another 3 well over 90 minutes in three days and have one less day to recover than us.

Also Wilson is coming back after a long term injury.
