Apparently has a medical last Wednesday.

If true he ain't playing again this season.
Hopefully he won't be available.

Sky was giving the team news yesterday and according to them they've said "Huijsen will be available for Bournemouths final two matches despite signing for Real Madrid".

Maybe they'll be wrong as usual.

I’m sick of all these war cry’s and big statements from players and Pep. Why don’t you show some of that character on the pitch instead of just talking about it. Show some personality to win us football matches.

This confirms that 8th could be enough for Europe - Bournemouth can still finish 8th with two wins.
A Brighton win tonight against a dipper team already on the beach, will practically kill off the remaining hope

How will it?

If Bournemouth win their last two games, Brighton would have to beat LFC and win at Spurs on Sunday to stop them (Bournemouth) finishing 8th. Bournemouth’s last game is home to Leicester.

You don't win Cup Finals on personality and commitment. The opposition is always as motivated as you are.

If Brighton win, then Bournemouth will have to win both their matches.

What is clear is that a point is no good for Bournemouth. They need to try and win at the Etihad. It's not going to be attack v defence. That's not Bournemouth's style anyway.

The question is how do we overcome the mental and physical fatigue of Wembley.

Nunes, Grealish, Kovacic are likely starters. Nico, Gundogan, Foden and Echeverri are possible starters. Likely KDB will play as a sub.

The fans will be up for it. They always are in bad moments.

I don't think it's been a lack of desire and effort this season it's been lack of quality. You lose the quality of rodri
Foden kdb and haaland who have all been shadows of themselves this season and you struggle (rodri injured not a shadow) you hope a few players can step into those shoes but unfortunately doku savio etc just haven't been able to do it.

Agreed - they’ll come to play, which should help us. A different challenge to the last two games, and hopefully a better outcome.

Bournemouth would have seen that shit yesterday and will probably play the same as palace which will mean side to side tedium
In which case no point in playing haaland
But he will though so rather than expecting
Some sort of bounce we are gonna be stuck on the edge of their area again.

On occasion Doku and Savinho have looked very good but they are inconsistent.

Haaland has been effective but his form is dependent on others. The supply from KDB and Foden has gone. This is a symptom of a team in transition. All the comments about tactics miss this point. Of course tactics change as Pep tries to find some solution. He has to manage the team on a day to day basis but the underlying problem is not Pep's tactics but the aging of key players and the inconsistency of replacements. We haven't replaced Walker. Stones is out. Rodri is out. Foden is struggling. KDB is almost out. Echeverri has barely played, O'Reilly is just cutting his teeth. Likewise Savinho.

It's possible that City's era is over for good. See Man Utd. It's also possible that will do a better job of rebuilding than they will. The things it is not are tactics, personality etc.

I don't think it will be like that for 2 reasons:

Bournemouth don't play like that, and they need to win.

In our current form, this is a tough match. I expect attack Vs defence once more. If we take the few clear chances that will come our way, we will win. The lineup won't be the easiest to predict and we will see some changes.

Can’t wait for this. Get three points to go to the last game with some momentum.

Having seen Everton leave Goodison and the Leicester fans watching Vardy’s last game, there will be few dry eyes in the stadium tomorrow, and for me at home where I will most likely need the Kleenex. For tears, not t’other.

3-1 City.

5 points ahead with 6 points to play for... and they've also got Brentford and Fulham above them....I'd say thats 'practically' killed off

Hope we get beat, not arsed

They say the league table never lies after 38 games. So we are losing either this game or v Fulham. If we were to finish in the top 5, the league table would indeed be lying. So it won’t happen.

Hoping for a draw.

Europa league ole ole…..

Couldn't give a monkeys right now....

Shit the bed and bust.

honestly struggling to muster up an ounce of enthusiasm for this game

Can't see us winning another game this season.
The perfect storm is gathering......lol
