Pointless even hoping. Should be a ballot. I appreciate the fact that people have supported the club for years and years but no one has a Devine right to get a ticket. Hardly fair when the same supporters can just snap them up every away game.

Those guys that went home and away in the third division and through the majority of the guff from the 80s and 90s should always get first dibs on away tickets. Without then fuck knows what state this club would have been in.
The issue is when I do the aways is the amount of day trippers and goons in the away end.

For me that’s the most galling aspect. I like away ends to be full of proper blues. I’ve had some of the greatest days watching city away. But it seems nowadays everyone wants to YouTube/insta and snap the experience to show their mates. Trying to hard to act cool.

Its not a divine right, they have earn't the points with lots of money, time and effort. Sadly the club decided to stop rewarding this properly and now people at the bottom cant catch up by going to the less glamourous games (of which there are still plenty)

I don’t disagree with that yeah, they should be rewarded for their loyalty however some people can’t help the fact they wasn’t alive during the rubbish 90’s days etc. just feel there should be other alternatives offered

I think they were close to starting work on expanding one stand to add 5K to capacity but it fell through a few years ago. It’s a shame because the park in which the ground is located is nothing special and Boscombe is a Scousers away from home giro town.

They only have the ground until 2030 so no chance. They need a 50 year lease or a new ground.

Helpful info. If they had expanded the main stand 5 years ago, they could have had at least a dozen years of increased revenue. The expanded stand didn’t need to be anything special. Maybe the costs and local opposition were too much
