Bournemouth tickets on sale from Wednesday 1st February

The Club has received an allocation of 1,318 tickets, including 11 wheelchair bays and a number of tickets for ambulant supporters.

From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match:
Season Ticket Members
Seasonal Hospitality Members
Owner
Board of Directors
Football Management
Players
Club Officials and Staff
Former Players
Club Partners
Man City Supporters Club
We know the 18-25 group receive 5% but nobody at the club is prepared to tell us from whose allocation they come from. For the Forest game we know that hospitality received 15% so that's only 80% left. If the branches and club partners receive 20% between them that means the Owner (not sure what happens to his allocation), the Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players and points holders share the remaining 60%

60 % go to the loyalty points holders included in this allocation is the 5% that go to the 18/21 age group.
20% go to the supporters club
20% go to staff ,hospitality and players.

That's supposed to be the case, but check out the splits for Liverpool, the rags etc and it's nowhere near that.

I was highlighting the agreed amounts,I also know, it is seldom adhered to

541 left as we speak. The first window includes the 5% to under 25s, so is usually the biggest hit. I would expect a drop of 80 or so each window now as it drops 500 loyalty points

Those guys that went home and away in the third division and through the majority of the guff from the 80s and 90s should always get first dibs on away tickets. Without then fuck knows what state this club would have been in.
The issue is when I do the aways is the amount of day trippers and goons in the away end.

For me that’s the most galling aspect. I like away ends to be full of proper blues. I’ve had some of the greatest days watching city away. But it seems nowadays everyone wants to YouTube/insta and snap the experience to show their mates. Trying to hard to act cool.

Apologies to any goons/day trippers I’ve offended.
I fit the description in your first paragraph and I’m not embarrassed by having the points and now having a Bournemouth ticket. But, the difficult question that has to be asked, is how many of the people purchasing tickets by virtue of their points will actually be at the game and how many will pass them on to somebody else. I am absolutely going, but I know people who will pass them on and do so for most away game, and it distorts the position and locks people out with less points.
it is a thorny issue, because some tickets will go to kids and grand kids or close mates and people get understandably defensive about it. The club were doing the odd spot checks before COVID and when e-tickets become the norm it will largely curtail it. But I understand the frustration of people just missing out.

This happened to me for united away. Sorry to say I got a refund but no ticket :(
Cheers wasn’t that hopeful anyway
Got him Leipzig and Forest, but when’s there’s only 50 going always be a proper scrap. Be interested to know if anybody actually managed it money was taken 15 seconds after 9
I’ll get him one from somewhere!!!

E-tickets will be the way forward

My view is that if the club has taken the money then they should issue the ticket by some means.
