Its a shame that we can't just appreciate that the lad was here as cover, and has just decided to stay as cover for the next 2 years.

He's not world class, but he can still develop, he's still no great age, and lots of centre backs have had his career path, and become decent players in their late 20's.

At least he wants to be here, and would probably play in goal if asked, so get off the lads back, he's not going to be a regular in the team, but he gives us some cover, and is considered "home grown", if he wants to play that role, then for me, fair play to him.

I have seen Dedryck have some great games. He has never been fortunate enough to have a good run in the team and unfortunately, Roberto hung him out to dry a little. I wish him all the very best and I hope it works out well for him as that is good for my club.
