He made one horrid mistake, but apart from that he put in another great performance, he will be a worldclass defender soon.
The moment that stood out was when he got dragged out to left side against the guy that skinned Lescott several times, the guy tried to cut inside past him, and he just takes the ball, calm as anything.
I know Lescott hasn't really played consistently so it's tough to judge him, but he looks really shaky.

Gonna be a star. Sure the back-pass was a blip, but overall Dedryck had a belter tonight.

The lad's going to be immense and, like someone else has mentioned, its fantastic to see him getting European experience at such a young age.
Will do him the power of good.
BUT the way he reacted just before their goal was very worrying. You're taught to play to the whistle from a very early age - its absolute basic stuff - yet when it momentarily looked like a possible pen he took his eye off the ball and appealed to the ref.....whilst the ball was still in play and in the area!!!
I hope Bobby tears a strip off him in training tomorrow for that because its daft stuff like that which could really cost us further down the line this season.
That aside - and the back-pass which all defenders are culpible of from time to time - it was another very strong showing.

He was quality tonight, he already is a very good player, how good he'll be in afew years is anyone guess.
