Bradford Rags last night

Bonus trivia fact. Peter Sutcliffe used to live in Heaton.

Anyway, I know Bradford quite well as my grandparents lived there and I also lived and worked there for a bit in the early 1990s. Even at that point, when they'd only just won the league after 26 years, I knew several Bradford lads who were Rags. They used to go on all the time about how great Yorkshire was, but didn't seem to see any irony in the fact that, despite that, they supported a Lancashire team (in proper, old money counties, at any rate).
 
I lived in leeds and Bradford a few years back. Two things struck me. Firstly the bitter is as good as any beer I have tasted anywhere on earth. The downside of this is that in most cases it seems that the brain cells have been completely wiped out.
 
Thats because BNP have a big following there. Dont think they'll ever get in because it would cause too much trouble.

yeah these three weren't the sharpest tools in the box and clearly the drunken one had a mahoosive gob and singing THAT song in a nice boozer wasn't very nice now was it?

I just hope we stuff those rag scum on Sunday to shut tw@ts like these up.

I have to admit I was bricking it a bit with three of 'em giving me daggers. Wish I'd kept my mouth shut.
 
Tommy, if they do im over there to get my son out of it. Because believe you me, it will kick off big time.
 
The BNP flourish where there is ignorance, and there's no shortage of it in Bradford.

Btw I studied in Horsforth, lived in Kirkstall, Headingley and Rawdon.
