Yeah it's all getting beyond a joke, as like you say, some people don't have immediate access to a printer
Is it too much to even send an email explaining the reasons for the delay?

Just got mine, miles better than needing to print it.

Interestingly on my email looks like some seats were restricted view. City have said they found this out on recent site visit and wasn't made aware beforehand so have switched my seats from what I bought. Fair enough to them really can't fault that. Been moved 5 rows forward.

Mines just come through, it's a digital ticket not print at home

I read it as you can use any public transport in Bratislava, assume its only valid in specific zones?

"This ticket is also valid as a ticket for Bratislava public transport. The validity of the Bratislava public transport ticket starts on the day of the match 3 hours before the start of the match and ends 2 hours after the end of the match"
