Act 1: A guy comes into the hospital and nobody knows what's wrong with him. He's fading fast so somebody has to figure this out!

Act 2: House acts like an asshole

Act 3: House figures out what's wrong with the guy and saves his life in a nick of time.

You big smelly liar person, they have to make the wrong diagnosis before finding the cure.

Breaking Bad for me is the best TV show, The Wire and The Sopranos run it close. As for Dexter, apart from two great seasons 1 and 4, I found the other seasons very mediocre.
