If Talksport and Sun stories are connected than Sun probably ban them talking about it until back pages or whatever.

No the courts wouldn't. But the clubs put the embargos in place. Anyone breaking one wouldn't be allowed back inside the circle of trust.

If it's clubs on the stock market, the timing could be important. But i doubt that's why.

They gave Newcastle £35m after getting 50m for Torres a few hours before. They can't let it go and now they think Barca are as stupid as they were.
