But we're supposed to be boring, aren't we?We've now scored 4+ goals in a Premier League game for the 50th time under Guardiola.
I'll never get bored of winning. But we're supposed to be boring, aren't we?
I was of the other opinion, thought we scored more than 7, seems low. Feels like we very often score early in games and I am disappointed when we don’t.Just watching the MOTD highlights on iPlayer. Apparently, we've scored the most goals in the opening 5 minutes of games in the PL this season (7, 3 more than anyone else). I find that surprising; it doesn't seem that we score that many early goals.
Yup, 15 straight wins in the prem against an opponent is a new record.Heard something weird on the commentary I was listening to. Apparently, we have the record for the most consecutive wins against any opponent in the top flight. Thought he said 50, but it was most likely 15 against Watford. Is that right? Or did I dream it? I tend not to listen to the commentary much, but 15 minutes later my brain said "hang on ...." and then it was too late.
It's 15 consecutive wins in all comps - includes cupsYup, 15 straight wins in the prem against an opponent is a new record.
Hard to believe it wasn't Burnley rather than Watford lol
