I don’t think anyone on this forum can particularly comment as we don’t know how fit the first team are and how much of a risk it would have been to play some of them- they will have been playing through niggles at end of prem and with the Bayern and Madrid games sandwiched in

I keep thinking back to how fucked Kev looked at the end of the Madrid game.

Some time off will have done him the absolute world of good.

City are a much better outfit than both Leeds and England though.
Looks out of his depth at the moment
 
I was working so not seen it yet. Noticed nathan subbed. Was it just to make sure he fit or was it threw injury
 
How many times have we been doubled in Pep's time here; 3 or 4, maybe? Don't think Liverpool or Spurs have done it too often, despite our risible form at both grounds (they don't win too many at the council house). Think the rags have done it, and now Brentford. Anyone else?

Mahrez usually likes being the center of attention with the other stars out.

Can only think it was a sulking performance knowing he will be lucky to get a bit part against Rags and Inter Milan.

Phil has done his own chances good.

Mahrez is the least likely human being to lead any other human beings on the whole fucking planet mate. He’s also the least “team player” player at the club.

He was very clearly in one of his do as little as possible and don’t get injured moods.

He lives for the big games and if he plays either of the next 2 he’ll be at it.
